Terms and conditions

General provisions

1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter – the “Rules”) are a binding legal document for the parties, setting out the mutual rights and obligations of the Buyer and www.shopledneon.com (hereinafter – the “Seller”), the conditions for purchasing goods and paying for them, as well as the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the e-shop www.shopledneon.com (hereinafter – the “Store”).

1.2. The Seller has the right, without prior notice, to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements set by legal acts and other provisions. The Buyer will be informed about any changes, amendments or supplements on the e-shop website. When the Buyer purchases in the Store, the Rules valid at the time of placing the order apply.

1.3. The e-shop www.shopledneon.com may be used by:
1.3.1. capable natural persons (i.e., persons of legal age whose legal capacity has not been restricted by court) and legal entities;
1.3.2. authorized representatives of all persons listed above.

1.4. A purchase–sale contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer, having selected the goods and formed the shopping cart, clicks “Pay”, and remains valid until full performance of obligations under the contract.

1.5. All purchase–sale contracts concluded between the Buyer and the Seller are registered and stored in the Store’s database.


Personal data protection

2.1. Goods in the e-shop www.shopledneon.com may be ordered by both registered and unregistered users.

2.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer must provide personal data: first name, last name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and other requested information necessary for smooth order fulfillment.

2.3. Personal information when purchasing from www.shopledneon.com is requested only when submitting an order. www.shopledneon.com undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except where such information is necessary for a partner providing delivery services or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in the cases and in the manner provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.4. The Buyer agrees that the personal data provided in clause 2.2 will be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the Store, analyzing the Seller’s activities, and for direct marketing. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that informational messages necessary to fulfill the order may be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided by the Buyer.

2.5. A personal data retention period of 1 year is established, starting from the last purchase in the e-shop.

2.6. Payment for goods is made via electronic banking.


Buyer’s rights and obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Store in accordance with these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.2. The Buyer may register on www.shopledneon.com. During registration, the Buyer must complete the registration form.

3.3. In the registration form or, if purchasing without registration, in the purchase form, the Buyer must provide correct, accurate, and complete information about themselves, answering the questions provided in the registration or purchase form. The Buyer also undertakes (if registered) to update this information if it changes.

3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale contract with the Seller by notifying the Seller in writing (by email, indicating the goods to be returned and the order number) no later than within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods, in accordance with Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of 17 August 2001 approving the “Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded Using Means of Communication”, except where withdrawal is not permitted under Lithuanian law. Under Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the following quality goods are not exchangeable and not returnable: perfumery, cosmetics and toiletries; knitted men’s/boys’/women’s/girls’ underwear; baby clothing; tights, socks, stockings and similar products; sewn men’s/boys’/women’s/girls’ undershirts; nightshirts, pyjamas and similar items; bras, girdles, corsets and similar products; pearls, gemstones, precious metals and articles thereof, except costume jewelry; bedding; erotic products; intimate hygiene products; oral care products and other similar-purpose goods; quality perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life; goods manufactured according to an individual order or clearly customized for the buyer; goods that by their nature cannot be returned after delivery due to loss of commercial properties; video and audio recordings, software that have been unsealed after delivery/pick-up.

3.5. The Buyer may exercise the right provided in clause 3.4 only if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not substantially changed, and they have not been used.

3.6. The Buyer has other rights described in these Rules and provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.7. By accepting these Rules, the Buyer undertakes to comply with them (this applies to both registered and unregistered users) and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3.8. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules.

3.9. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer login credentials to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login credentials for www.shopledneon.com, they must immediately inform the Seller by email or phone call. For this purpose, the Buyer may use all contact options listed in the “Contacts” section.


Seller’s rights and obligations

4.1. If the Buyer provides incorrect information, the Seller has the right to suspend or terminate the Buyer’s registration/purchase and refuse to provide services.

4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability and security of the Store’s operation or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict and/or suspend the Buyer’s access to the Store, cancel the Buyer’s registration, and contact law enforcement authorities regarding the Buyer’s violations or malicious actions.

4.3. The Seller has the right, after informing the Buyer by email, to cancel the order if the Buyer, having chosen the payment methods specified in the Rules, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days from order confirmation.

4.4. The Seller has other rights provided for in these Rules and in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.5. The Seller undertakes to respect and protect the Buyer’s right to privacy regarding personal information provided in the Store’s registration or purchase form, except in cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.6. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer. If the Buyer provided incorrect information/address at the time of ordering, the Seller is not responsible for such mismatch of data.

4.7. If, due to important circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the ordered goods, the Seller may offer an analogous product or a product as similar as possible in its characteristics. If the Buyer refuses to accept the analogous/most similar product, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days, if an advance payment was made.

4.8. The Seller has the right to announce various promotions or special sales for goods/services in the e-shop. The Seller also has the right to use various marketing tools to publicize or improve the visibility of goods for sale, etc.

4.9. The Seller has the right to unilaterally and without separate notice change the conditions of goods or promotional offers, as well as cancel them. The obligations arising between the Seller and the Buyer at the time of purchase–sale remain in force.


Delivery of goods

5.1. If, when placing an order, the Buyer selects delivery, the Buyer undertakes to provide an accurate delivery address and postal code.

5.2. When placing the order, the Buyer confirms that they will personally accept the goods at the specified address. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods at the address specified at the time of purchase, the Buyer has no right to express dissatisfaction or make claims to the Seller regarding delivery to a person not specified at the time of purchase.

5.3. Goods will be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase by courier. Delivery throughout Lithuania is available for an additional fee, which will be indicated when ordering goods.

5.4. If the desired goods are in stock, the Seller undertakes to deliver them within 2–3 business days from the submission of the order (unless a different delivery time is indicated for the specific product). This clause does not apply if the order cannot be fulfilled within the specified time due to force majeure circumstances. In all cases where delivery may take longer than indicated, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer.

5.5. If the desired goods are in stock, but delivery is requested to foreign countries, the order may be fulfilled within 10–15 days.

5.6. In all cases, the delivery time for individual/custom orders is agreed separately.

5.7. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

5.8. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the parcel is delivered in damaged or otherwise defective packaging, or if the parcel contains goods that were not ordered.

5.9. In all cases, if the Buyer notices packaging damage during delivery, the Buyer must indicate remarks regarding such damage in the parcel delivery document/act provided by the courier. The Buyer must do this while the courier is present. If the Buyer fails to do so, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for goods damage related to packaging damage that the Buyer did not note in the courier’s delivery document.


Prices and payment methods

6.1. Payment in the e-shop www.shopledneon.com is made online via electronic banking after the Buyer forms the cart and submits the order and receives an invoice issued by the Seller.

6.2. When paying via electronic banking, a payment is generated for the Buyer according to the requested order of goods/services.

6.3. The Buyer transfers the funds to the Seller’s e-shop account. Responsibility for data security in this case lies with the respective bank, since all monetary operations take place within the bank’s electronic banking system.

6.4. The Seller undertakes to process the order only from the moment the amount paid by the Buyer is credited to the Seller’s account.

6.5. The price of goods in the Seller’s e-shop www.shopledneon.com may be indicated in euros, dollars, or pounds, depending on the currency chosen for payment.


Product warranty and quality

7.1. The Seller is not responsible if, due to your computer settings, monitor resolution, lighting, or similar conditions, the actual color of the goods may slightly differ from the color shown in photos.

7.2. Goods sold in the e-shop are subject to the warranty periods set by manufacturers, which are indicated in product descriptions. If the manufacturer has not set a warranty period for certain types of goods, the warranty provided for by Lithuanian law applies.


Returns or exchanges

8.1. Product defects may be remedied by separate agreement with the Seller.

8.2. Replacement and return of defective goods is carried out in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001 “On Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods” and Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of 17 August 2001 approving the “Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded Using Means of Communication”.

8.3. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase–sale contract as provided in clause 3.4, the goods must be returned at the Buyer’s expense within 15 days from the moment the Buyer informs the Seller in writing about the withdrawal.

8.4. You may withdraw from the goods if the size, color, shape, or completeness is not suitable within 14 days from the date of receipt/pick-up. Returned goods must be complete, in neat original packaging, undamaged, and must not have lost their commercial appearance.

8.5. Returned goods must be undamaged and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.). This clause does not apply when returning defective goods. The condition regarding changes to the appearance of the packaging does not apply if damaging the packaging was necessary to inspect the goods.

8.6. Returned goods must be of the same комплектation (the same set of components).

8.7. When returning goods, the Buyer must provide the proof of purchase document.

8.8. The Seller has the right not to accept returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the established return procedure.

8.9. The Buyer returns goods at their own expense.


Liability for actions taken

9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration or purchase form.

9.2. If the Buyer provides inaccurate data in the registration or purchase form, the Seller is not responsible for improper provision of services or other consequences arising from inaccurate data.

9.3. The Buyer is responsible for transferring their login credentials to third parties. If a third party uses the Store’s services using the Buyer’s login credentials, the Seller has the right to consider that person the Buyer and is not responsible for possible violations.

9.4. If the Buyer has not familiarized themselves with the purchase rules, the Seller is released from any liability.

9.5. The Buyer is fully responsible for actions performed using the e-shop www.shopledneon.com. If violations or other malicious actions intended to harm the store are detected, the information is forwarded to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

9.6. For violation of the purchase–sale contract concluded through the e-shop www.shopledneon.com, the parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.7. It is also confirmed that the Seller has the right to publish links or advertising banners of other websites in the e-shop www.shopledneon.com; however, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities of the advertised entities, does not maintain, control, or represent those websites/companies/persons.

9.8. It is prohibited, without the Seller’s written consent, to publish or otherwise use any textual, graphic, or other material contained in the e-shop www.shopledneon.com.
